Welcome

When should I consider a thigh lift?
  • Loss of skin elasticity of the inner thigh.
  • Skin area is saggy and has a flabby and/or dimpled appearance.
  • When skin is lifted manually, it appears more toned.

Anticipated Result:
  • A more pleasing and toned appearance to the inner thighs.
  • A more flattering figure in clothing.
  • A noticeable improvement to the appearance of the skin surface irregularities.

Typically, the incision begins in the upper inner thigh crease and extends downward to the vaginal or pubic area and around to the buttock region.  The skin and tissue is tightened in the inner thigh area.  The incision is well concealed but is slow to heal because of the placement in the inner thigh area.  The incision tends to be moist and is at an increase risk to separate due to positioning.

Thighlift Examples:

The patients below had a thighlift procedure performed to excise the excess skin and tighten the skin envelope to the inner thigh area.  The patients are pictured before and 6 weeks after surgery.
